Summer Camp for Teens (12 - 16)
Ready for a lakeside summer in Germany? This summer camp, set on a lake just south of Berlin, is the perfect place to learn German, make new friends, and enjoy the best of both worlds - exciting trips to Berlin and action-packed fun on the lake.
The camp has its own harbour and fantastic sports facilities, plus cozy guesthouses where you’ll live together with teens from all over the globe who are also learning German.
After German lessons, the fun doesn’t stop! Our camp crew organizes activities like swimming, canoeing, beach games, and lakeside barbecues PLUS two epic trips into Berlin each week, Germany’s Capital of Cool.

Location:
On Lake Wolzig, a beautiful, clean lake in the small village of Blossin, only 40 minutes by train or bus from Berlin. The camp is based at the Blossin Youth Education Center - a cool campus where lots of German school groups come for trips and outdoor adventures.
Campus & Accommodation
The Berlin Splash Summer Camp hosts up to 70 teens from 50+ countries. After enrolling, you’ll get a password to join our online community and start connecting with other teens attending our summer camps in Germany!
Campus highlights:
- Tree-lined lakeside campus with several student houses
- 10 fully equipped classrooms for German lessons
- Cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating
- Harbour with boats and a small kiosk
- Canoes, SUP boards, sailing boats, and other water-sports equipment
- Hall for inline skating, Indoor gym, Fitness studio, Climbing wall
- Basketball court, soccer field, Beach volleyball courts
Accommodation:
- Guesthouse on campus: 2 or 3 bed rooms with own shower and WC
- Full board in the cafeteria
German course:
- 20 lessons per week (45 minutes each)
- Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (4 lessons per day)
- 4 levels: beginner, elementary, intermediate, advanced
- Flexible duration starting from 1 week
- Max. 15 students per class in international groups
Activities, Excursions & Sports:
- 2 daily activities with teens from around the world - SUP, swimming, canoeing, climbing, badminton, volleyball, and more
- Every week: 2 trips to Berlin (1 full-day + 1 half-day), exploring iconic sights like Museum Island and the East Side Gallery, visiting interactive museums, and discovering trendy neighborhoods. Some weeks also include trips to Potsdam, home to the legendary Sanssouci Palace!
Supervision
Members of GLS staff stay with you in the summer camp and take care of you.
