Friendly language school - well recommended if you're not too short on cash!

The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?
Very friendly school with social atmosphere, especially in summer when many students and school-leavers are around.
Can progress through classes quickly if willing to put in additional work.
Not the cheapest however in comparison to similar level competitors. Prices also seem rather disjointed with the 'intensive' course comparatively much more expensive/per hour than 'standard or 'semi-intensive'.
It is also strange and somewhat misleading that prices are not adjusted for non-teaching days (public-holidays). I am highly surprised GLS do not do this already.
Your recommendations for other students
Book only for a short stay to being with until you are familiar with the course structure - you can always extend your stay at the discounted rates afterwards.
03.10.2016 Dear Matt, thank you for your comments! Part of the intensive course is taught in mini-groups, unlike standard or semi-intensive. That´s why it is more expensive, but the price structure is the same for all courses.
