The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?
I've enjoyed the company. As being surrounded by people of my same age from so many countries, carrying loads of different cultures has been a lifestyle wish.
It's also not just the company of the people I've enjoyed but also the tones of experience I've gain from all of the activities we've done together. And since my first visit to Berlin was with the GLS Riverside Camp, now I can proudly say I know Berlin very well, thanks to the Camp as well as its staff members and programs.
Your recommendations for other students
If you're a bit anxious about the whole stay, the people, your German level and your choosing of outfits. Don't worry because everyone is accepted there ! No one judges you. You easily make friends and of course long lasting friendships, with the people you hangout with the most, probably your roommates, after you departure from the camp. As for the outfits, always wear comfy clothes and most importantly very very comfy shoes because you're going to be walking a lot !! And don't you ever forget your raining jacket or coat, because you know .... Berlin weather ! ;)
