GLS in is one of Germany's leading providers of junior German courses - and also a proud family-run business.
Founded in 1983 by Berlin entrepreneur Barbara Jaeschke, GLS is now a second-generation family company, led by Barbara and her daughters, Dr. Reemda and Dr. Verena Jaeschke.
When Barbara was a teenager, she spent a year in California as an exchange student – an experience that changed her life and inspired her to create GLS, a company dedicated to intercultural exhange.
