Learn German @ Berlin College

At the Berlin College you´ll learn German in the very center of Berlin´s trendiest district. The college has a 9.000 m² campus in Kastanienallee - with fancy clubs, cafes and designer shops just down the street.
The street is nicknamed casting ally, because there are so many films and fashion shootings here. Every day we´ll show you a different part of Berlin - you´ll get to see all the highlights: Museumsinsel, Badeschiff, the Berlin Wall ...
The German courses start in the afternoon - we do Berlin sightseeing in the morning, and at night we take you out in Berlin: we go clubbing, play minigolf or hang out in Mauerpark

Program
Location:
in trend district Prenzlauer Berg, inmidst cafes, galleries, fashion stores. Walking distance to Berlin highlights like Museum Island, Brandenburger Tor, New Reichstag, Hackescher Markt
Facilities:
9.000 sqm campus with 40 classrooms and 50 studios on site, lounge, restaurant, cafe, garden, bicycle rental, volleyball and basketball court, pool table, barbecue
German course:
- 20 lessons à 45 minutes/week with a max of 12 students per class - lessons in the afternoon 3.30 pm - 7 pm
- 4 levels: beginners, elementary, intermediate, advanced (beginners: special dates)
- international classes with students from Mexico, Poland, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Denmark, Russia, Norway, England, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, the US any many other countries. Germans high school students on site as well
Accommodation:
- Option A: residence accommodation - either at GLS or in a hotel only 5 walking minutes away, 3 to 5 bed rooms, half board (breakfast and dinner included, lunch available at surcharge at the GLS cafeteria)
- Option B: homestay, double room, half board (breakfast at the homestay, dinner on campus). Communting time between 30 and 50 minutes
Activities & Excursions:
- 2 activities daily in international groups: sightseeing in Berlin, sports, socializing (one activity in the morning, one after class in the evening)***
- 1 full-day excursion to places outside Berlin per week
Supervision
GLS guides accompany you and are happy to assist you, but there is no 24 hour care: this program is for mature students

Who else will be at GLS?
The college has room for 120 + 40 students = 120 with accommodation on campus or at hostel next door + 40 with accommodation in homestays.
Students come from up to 60 countries.

- transfer from Berlin airports and stations on Sundays 8 am - 10 pm
