Method
Teachers @ the GLS German Language School in Berlin encourage you to speak German as much as possible. You´ll get all the corrections, grammar and vocabulary you need to take you to the next level, but our priority is on active speaking. We teach in tandem, with teachers alternating at every break.
Teaching Materials
Text books: Themen, Aspekte, Mittelpunkt, Oberstufenbuch, plus own materials (literature, newspapers, DVDs)
Accreditations
GLS is test center for TestDaF. The German courses at the GLS Campus Berlin are accredited by EAQUALS. EAQUALS inspects language schools: inspections are rigorous and repeated every 2 years. GLS is one of the EAQUALS schools in Germany, the Goethe Institut is, too. GLS is accredited by the Swedish Ministry for Education and Research, i.e. Swedish students get CSN grants for GLS German courses.
